Engineering oversees safe and reliable design systems for the City and its customers. The Engineering Division manages the City's water distribution, construction design and oversight, and development permits from a central location. The Engineering

Division plays an important role to both the Public Utility and Public Works operations. Within the Public Utility they concentrate on providing Water Utilities Locations, Distribution and Construction.
The engineering office is located in the first floor lobby of the Public Services Building, 17050 N.E. 19th Avenue along with the Building Department. Anyone bringing a set of plans for improvement to property in the City can transact business at this one location. We work closely with the Building Department to review proposed improvements.
