The Meters and Backflow Division of the Public Services Department installs all meters up to 2 inches in diameter and inspects the installation of all larger size meters. In addition to keeping the 31,000 meters in the system functioning properly, the

division has maintained an active replacement program of its residential and other large meters.
If you feel your meter is not registering accurately, you can arrange to have the division test it by calling the North Miami Beach Customer Service Office at (305) 948-2960.
