As a water provider, the Utility has constantly met and surpassed established state and federal goals, as well as all other mandated drinking water requirements. Providing its customers with the highest standards of service has always been part of its primary mission.

The customers are an important factor of the City's water services. The Utility Customer Assessment Survey was created to obtain the thoughts, opinions, and comments of the customers in the service area. The survey gives customers the opportunity to rate services and programs provided by the Public Services Department. The surveys are mailed to all neighborhoods within the North Miami Beach water service area, two areas per month. All responses are recorded and any customer concerns are addressed immediately. This has proven a good method of assuring that customers receive excellent customer service.
