North Miami Beach's Residential Water Use Assessment Survey can help you find out just how much water your household should be using. This free survey is available to all North Miami Beach residential water customers. Survey forms are available at North Miami Beach City Hall and many other City facilities. You can also request a survey be mailed to you. After completing it, fill out your address, and drop the postage-paid postcard in the mail. You will receive your personalized water use assessment report in the mail within 2-3 weeks. Your personalized water use assessment will provide you with a historical accounting of your household's water consumption, inform you of how much water your household should be using and give you information to help you keep your water bills as low as possible. This program is not available to condominiums or apartment buildings.
