All facilities within the City of North Miami Beach that require new and/or modified parking, driveway and street facilities are

reviewed and approved by this section. The engineers review plans to ensure compliance with all current applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This section also has an active role in the City's Technical Review Board (TRB) where the City's Engineers

and Planners meet with prospective developers and their consultants to discuss project requirements.
